Stena Group IT is seeking ambitious, curious, technical students to join our IT Graduate Program. This Program is designed to provide hands-on experience and training to individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry - and also want to have a good time doing it!

The Program
Starting September 1st and the 16 challenging months that follow, you will experience and get a full understanding of how Stena drives digitalization throughout our industries. You will work with the business units, management teams, and our different functions within Stena Group IT:

• Developing and maintaining Business Applications, Business Intelligence, IoT, and Integrations in the Business Solutions team
• Enabling digital business development and delivery of complex IT-projects with the Architects and Project Managers
• Enabling operational excellence of IT delivery through strong infrastructure platforms and ensuring everyone gets help and support through our support functions in the Shared Infrastructure and Support Services team
• Procuring, maintaining, and developing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration in the Workplace and Productivity Solutions team
• Working with the Strategic Roadmap and Governance, including IT Security, Sourcing, and Ways of Working in the CIO Office team

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently graduated from a technical degree program (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent) with high grades
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, but also the ability to think outside the box
• Strong interpersonal skills and being an outstanding team-player
• Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment with quick decision-making
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and acquire new skills
• Being fluent in English
