Our teams within Architecture & Technology
Enterprise Architecture
To accelerate Stena's digital journey, we build a group-wide enterprise architecture framework that we can execute on. Through architecture and security board we provides advisory services, assist in RFPs, review solutions before implementing as well as enforce architecture and security standards.
We also run a community of architects and tech leads within Stena called SATS with monthly meetings.
Project Management
The Project Management & Project Office team provides the capability to manage the delivery of IT & Business Technology projects ensuring that agreed projects are completed on time, to budget and that projects follow agreed processes. Overseeing the entire project portfolio and making sure project management methods and processes used are useful when delivering value to the business.
